Trillium One Entertainment (NRGT) lists on the OTCID.

Trillium One Entertainment Acquires Acerage in Colombia for Studio Development.

We produce and finance compelling film productions, combining creative vision with strategic funding to bring stories to life on screen.

We empower producers to unlock the value of film and television tax credits, fuelling job creation and energizing local economies in filming jurisdictions, with a focus on global locations and financing opportunities. Our work drives economic opportunities for countless businesses from hotels and restaurants to retail and services, wherever the cameras roll.

The global film industry is a multi-hundred-billion-dollar business, with revenues from box office, streaming platforms, licensing, and ancillary markets continuing to grow year over year. In 2024 alone, the global filmed entertainment market surpassed $100 billion, driven by surging demand for content across both traditional and digital platforms. With the proliferation of streaming services, the rise of international co-productions, and the increasing accessibility of high-quality production tools, the industry is experiencing a renaissance in both scale and creativity. More than ever, stories are traveling across borders, generating cultural impact and commercial success worldwide. As technology continues to evolve and audiences diversify, the broader entertainment industry is poised for sustained expansion, offering new opportunities for creators, investors, and global audiences alike. Colombia for example, offers attractive incentives for film and audiovisual productions, including those in Medellín, to encourage international filmmakers to choose the country as their production destination.

As the entertainment industry continues to expand, it offers exciting opportunities for creators and investors alike. A focused provider of film tax credit financing and movie production services, we help filmmakers bring their visions to life while maximizing financial incentives. We bridge creativity and capital to support successful, high-quality productions in this rapidly evolving landscape.

As we explore future acquisitions, our strategy will focus on identifying opportunities that complement and expand our presence across the broader entertainment ecosystem. We are particularly interested in companies specializing in film tax credit structuring and financing services, which provide immediate value through monetizable incentives. Post-production and visual effects studios are another key area, given their critical role in content creation and strong recurring revenue models. We also see potential in acquiring boutique cinema chains and theatrical exhibition businesses, especially those that can be modernized or integrated into a vertically aligned distribution strategy. Content libraries and intellectual property catalogs offer long-term value through licensing and streaming revenue, while streaming and distribution platforms present opportunities to enhance content delivery and audience engagement, particularly in underserved markets. Additionally, we are targeting music and score production houses that support multimedia projects and capitalize on the growing demand for audio branding. Finally, we are exploring opportunities in live entertainment and sports media rights, which offer scalable IP and strong cross-platform potential. Each acquisition will be carefully assessed for strategic fit, scalability, and its ability to support our core mission of bridging creativity with capital.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

OPPORTUNITIES IN ENTERTAINMENT

The sports business represents a powerful and complementary addition to a well-rounded entertainment portfolio. With its loyal global fan base, strong live event attendance, lucrative media rights, and merchandising potential, sports generate consistent and scalable revenue streams. Integrating sports into our portfolio not only diversifies our assets but also aligns naturally with our existing entertainment verticals such as content production, distribution, and music. Sports content drives high engagement across both traditional and digital platforms, offering opportunities for cross-promotion, branded content, and original programming. Additionally, the emotional connection and cultural relevance of sports enhance brand value and open doors to partnerships with sponsors, leagues, and broadcasters. As audiences increasingly seek immersive and interactive experiences, the convergence of sports and entertainment positions us to capitalize on this demand while reinforcing our identity as a dynamic, multi-platform entertainment company.

Live performances, including music festivals and theatrical productions, present compelling opportunities for investors seeking high-impact, experience-driven returns in the entertainment sector. These events generate substantial revenue through ticket sales, sponsorships, concessions, and merchandise, while also fostering deep audience engagement and brand visibility. Music festivals, in particular, attract large, diverse crowds and offer scalable models that can be replicated across regions or adapted to niche audiences. Live theatre, meanwhile, continues to draw loyal patrons and can serve as a platform for developing new talent and original content. Both formats benefit from the growing demand for real-world, shared cultural experiences in an increasingly digital age. For investors, live entertainment delivers not only financial upside but also strategic value through cross-promotion, content creation opportunities.

The Trillium Team

Ai is significantly transforming film translation, making it faster, more cost-effective, and accessible to a global audience. It impacts both subtitling and dubbing, improving efficiency while reducing production costs. Trillium is working with Ai specialists in audio and visual translation for films. This service made exclusively to South American, Central American and Mexican producers, means that films formerly having limited release opportunities, will be available in markets world-wide and in over 100 languages. Conversely, films completed in numerous other languages looking to break into Latin America, will be able to do so through Trillium's partnerships and services.

Ai-powered transcription and translation tools can generate subtitles almost instantly. Traditional subtitle creation requires manual transcription, translation, and timing adjustments—a process that can take days or even weeks. Ai tools  automate these tasks, providing near-instant results with high accuracy. These tools continuously learn and refine their translations, making them more contextually aware and reducing errors. Ai also enhances automatic speech recognition (ASR), improving accuracy in transcribing dialogue, even when dealing with complex accents, dialects, or industry-specific jargon. This reduces the need for manual intervention, significantly cutting down costs.

Traditionally, dubbing requires hiring voice actors, studio time, and extensive post-production editing. Ai-driven voice cloning and synthetic voice generation eliminate much of this cost. Our Ai tools use deep learning to replicate an actor’s voice in multiple languages while preserving their tone and emotional delivery. This means a film’s original cast can be "dubbed" into various languages without recording new voiceovers, making it more authentic. Ai-assisted lip-syncing is also improving. These technologies adjust lip movements in real-time to match dubbed audio, reducing the “out-of-sync” effect that traditional dubbing often struggles with. This makes dubbed content feel more natural and immersive.

Ai drastically lowers the cost of film translation. Traditional localization involves hiring multiple translators, voice actors, and technicians for each language, often costing thousands or even millions for global releases. Ai automates much of this work, making high-quality translations affordable even for independent filmmakers. Scalability is another key advantage. Ai can translate films into dozens of languages simultaneously, allowing studios to distribute content worldwide faster than ever before. This is especially beneficial for streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+, which rely on multi-language support to maximize global reach.

THE AVISTA BEACH ACQUISITION

Trillium One Entertainment has acquired beachfront acerage on Colombia’s Caribbean coast for the development of the Avista Beach Resort, a premier resort and creative production complex. This project will serve as both a film studio and a training facility for aspiring filmmakers, with a particular focus on cinematography and lighting. The state-of-the-art studio will be used for Trillium’s in-house productions, made available for industry rentals, and serve as a practical learning environment for students. Plans include the construction of two sound stages, production offices capable of supporting up to three simultaneous film projects, podcast studios, and comprehensive support infrastructure. This includes wardrobe and props buildings, construction workshops, retail spaces, on-site theatres, and ample parking.

Additional facilities will house equipment rental companies, administrative offices, cafes, and restaurants to support both production teams and visitors. Portions of the property will be allocated for rental housing for film workers and students, while a designated beachfront area will be developed into luxury residential and vacation homes. Trillium One is also exploring the establishment of a satellite facility in nearby Cartagena to further expand its regional presence in the Latin American film industry.
